My complaint:
I have contacted FAA about Embry Riddle flying below minimum flight level over our neighborhood. FAA then contacted Embry Riddle and asked them to fly two miles west of our location to avoid disturbing our neighborhood. Embry Riddle refuses to listen to FAA recommendations and continues to circle our neighborhood with their obnoxious flight procedures. This past Easter Sunday, beginning at 9:14am an Embry Riddle plane identified by N-Number N821ER was circling above our home and continued to do so for 35 minutes. Our neighborhood is not located near any airports and Embry Riddle decides this is a good place for them to perform their flight operations 365 days a year. Embry Riddle needs take FAA’s recommendations and be sympathetic to our community. It’s a simple solution to fly two miles west of our community where there is nothing, but open fields as stated by FAA representatives, but Embry Riddle refuses FAA’s recommendations.
Suggested solution:
Take FAA's recommendations and stop flying over our neighborhood. They can practice their flight procedures two miles west of our location.
