My complaint:
I joined elderwood in the summer thought it was a good program but i was wrong as the weather got colder we were inside more offten doing what i thought was fun we plated all sorts of diffrent games then it seemed to change with a blink of a eye as the holidays got closerthe staff were not so friendly anymore they would yell at me when i wasnt even doing anything wrong just having fun i felt out of place as time went on feeling like i have drill sergeants instead of a kind hello how are you today to ask them to do anything was a chore even tried to resolve the issue on my own not knowing who to go to that would listen to what i had to say yes i would get upset flustrated with them because know matter how hard i tried come up with different things diffrent games it was not good enough but facing a big let down i feel it was a struggle to even get my lunch to be dairy free ending up getting sick all the time but when i just ask a question there reply was taken to heart because of getting picked on about my diet in front of everyone in the day room also getting my head bit off when upset i have repeativly told them i cant talk right now please what till i com down getting threaten to call my cab and send me home was not nessasary all i needed was to be left alone they tried to put me in the time out room well i was just fine sitting in the day room i even got my personal information talked about in the day room with everyone listening i allso dont think its fare that we cant have are own drinks but they can sit infront of us and drink what ever they want because there working having visiters while they should be working but having a little conforsation in the office while we sit and twirl are thumbs because there to busy to do things they should be doing to get there attention was unbelievable totaly ecnore us

My solution is they should treat us the same way they want to be treated employee or not iff we cant have it they should not have it only to be fare
