Eightvape complaint: Refund not given. Horrible customer service

My complaint:

Both Shopify and Eightvape refused to refund my money back to me. I never received products, I did not get my money back. Both businesses refused to help me. Awful customer service.

Suggested solution:

I would like my refund.
