My complaint:
Elizabeth was paid an upfront commission of $12,000 and she did not post the profit into crypto.com wallet address as promised. I paid taxes on the profit as well in the amount of $8,900. She cut all communication with me and I made several attempts to reach out to her.
Elizabeth has not kept her promise to post profit as she agreed. I will escalate the issue with FINRA and Securities Exchange Commission. I’m requesting a refund of service I did not receive.
Suggested solution:
Elizabeth should resolve the complaint by refunding all funds that were bank wire transferred into the Bitcoin account as well as iq options. I will forward this complaint to the Securities Exchange Commission,FINRA, as well as the FBI for poor customer service.
