My complaint:
This company monitors if you have leaks….I’m washing dishes they send an I tried calling them they said the lines were extremely busy leaked a call back number options I chose that option…. I later about 5mins later go In kitchen no water…..they finally call back and say they didn’t turn off my water….but they did they’ve done it before saying I had a leak if you don’t respond immediately their system shuts off your water…it’s 8pm pitch dark and they want me a senior home alone to check the water meter and it’s raining I told them I was unable to do that…I was then told when it’s convenient for me to call them back.
Suggested solution:
i want to cancel the service as of now I have no water and it looks as if I’ll have to wait till morning and get a plumber which they should reimburse me for and my inconvenience
