My complaint:
I zeroed out my water bill paying 173.74 so i was paying my bill again and told i still owe 173.74 i lost my receipt i had to borrow from father when i paid that kicking myself for losing receipt. I was told I’ve been a month behind of my water since summer . No additional help
Suggested solution:
Credit the cash of 173.74 im low income and thats alot of money to repay twice . All my payments have credit on my credit card except my cash payment of 173.74
