My complaint:
I’ve not applied for any loan in this company . Then I started receiving calls from early salary company to recover the loan amount . That was not taken by me .the account number in which early salary disbursed the loan was not mine . Only my name pancard date of birth mentioned are mine . My cibil score is sloping down and down because of this careless activity by early salary . The loan amount disbursed by early salary was 29000 and now this amount is raised upto 46000 approx . This company is compelline to pay this amount . However I’m not liable to pay this company . This loan was taken in month of June . I am now getting harassing calls to recover this amount . Someone has done fraud to me .
Suggested solution:
As my cibil score is sloping down badly . I want it
Resolved and I want to recover it. take strict action against this fraud happening in this company . I really want that this would never happen again to anyone.
