My complaint:

I was sold a iPhone lead that didn’t work, but the Cashier was unable to refund the $18.39 without a manager who had the code.

You shouldn’t sell anything if you can’t refund it if it’s broken when you buy it! I would have had to wait until mid night for a refund.
