My complaint:
My grandson and his friend came into the store to go to the bathroom , my grandson was just trying to see if he could touch the top of the door at the bathroom , she started screaming at them , yelling , he went in used the bathroom and they were on the way out the door she starts mouthing them and telling them not to come in her store again , I asked her what was going on she said that they come in there all the time causing issues , I told her that my grandson doesn’t come in the store that much and if he does a adult is always with him and he doesn’t usually act like that , she told him he wasn’t to come back in her store , we live in dequeen and only stop when we are our way out of town , it was very embarrassing there was other people In. The store they were looking at her , because she was screaming at us , someone needs to watch the video and see how she acted , she could of ask them nicely to please not act like that instead of screaming at them

She shouldn't be aloud to scream at the customers
