My complaint:
My father and sister went in my 14 yo daughter on 10/15 roughly 11:30am. My father was attempting to buy beer and my daughter was just buying a drink for the drive home. When they got to the counter the woman at the register (orange and black split dye, tattoos) asked for IDs from my father and sister which they complied and then she said she couldn’t sell them alcohol because she was under the impression they were going to give it to my daughter who was just trying to get power aid. After they tried explaining any sort of explanation the cashier and manager were both extremely rude chuckling at anything they said and then called them dumb. I was outside in the car waiting on my family just for them to tell me all this went down in front of my child. All because the cashier profiled my daughter assuming the worst. Zero hospitality. We are in all the time and have never had such an unprofessional experience.
Suggested solution:
Do better. Some people are just enjoying the day with their families. I understand IDs must be shown (which they were) but don't assume the worst of every child who happens to walk in.
