My complaint:
Went in to order from Subway(they share location) Appropriate signs on door about everyone wearing a mask. Entered, saw 4 employees, 3 with no masks, on with a chin cover on. Needed help with an app.. Young lady approached, I asked where is your mask? Oh, it’s in the back. Never did get any help.
Suggested solution:
if we are ever going to get rid of this virus, we all have to comply. I try to do my part, but if the employees aren't wearing masks, how do they expect to encourage customers to wear them? Disgusting.
