My complaint:
The manger of this store doesn’t actually know how to manage anything. her store is constantly loosing over 1000s of dollars she’s trying to pin it on one night shift worker because she doesn’t like him, she’s trying to get him to quit because she’s too short staffed to fire anyone, especially for something she knows is no ones fault but her own. i worked under her for a month and 6 days and all she did was belittle me constantly and talk about me and the night shift worker behind our backs to other coworkers, including belittling and talking about my private things such as health issues and mental health issues to other people. i just don’t think she’s competent to run a store when it’s evident she thinks she’s still in high school at 50 something years old.
Suggested solution:
find a new manager.
