My complaint:
I walked in got a drink and told the dude with glasses 6’2 skinny I need $17 of gas pump 4 I had my debit card I only had $20.17 his total was $$20.78 . so I said well let cancel it and take another dollar off my gas instead $17 do $16 and the drink then I’ll have enough. He began holling at be it’s his birthday and then I smelt liquor on his breath and I told him to turn down the music because it’s making him spunkie and loud.. He said can’t cancel it because it’s his birthday and once he puts a total in he can’t redo he would get fired. Of course I laughed and said what’s your name because he told me to leave and he is not going to get fired and ripped off that I was trying to get it all FREE I was leaving and he ran up to me outside and was telling me I was a thief and it’s is birthday and I didn’t like him and I can just f leave.. I almost just messed up and knock his loud mouth birthday ass out.. But took off and hos name is Josh ….
Suggested solution:
Fire him because he was drunk working at EZ mart playing loud music and he will end up beat the hell up are worse.. I think he's slow and don't understand customer service.. No to bright he slipped thru the crack...
