My complaint:
I have been coming to this EZ mart on Washington for some time now and never had any problems. In this last two months they hired this girl. She’s blonde, kinda short and on the heavy set side. I think her name is Eliza or Elizabeth. But every time I have came in while she is working she’s always on her phone or talking on her phone, always really loud, really rude, parks in the handicapped spot while she’s working. The first time I really noticed her being so rude was when I was getting gas. I heard yelling and screaming so I went to look and she was screaming at the top of her lungs at some man and two girls telling them to get out of their truck and she would beat all them while she was working and in her ez mart shirt.
Suggested solution:
She either needs to be fired, wrote up or something. People shouldn’t act like that you while they are representing your store. Just makes it look bad. When there are so many nice people that work there.
