My complaint:
On 4/3/24 about 9:40am I came inside to pay for gas. I walked in made eye contact with the clerk I spoke and said hello. The cashier didn’t speak and walked over to her cell phone and picked it up as I stood there waiting to purchase my gas. I waited a couple of mins and as I turned to walk out she then said yes ma’am as I walked out of the door. She was very rude. Making a customer wait while she played on her cell phone while she was on the clock. I won’t ever be stopping at that location again.
Suggested solution:
Follow up with store manager and watch the video.
