My complaint:
I needed to return a gallon of milk that was had. I called and asked the store if I should dump the had milk. I understood him to say yes dump the milk and bring the jug. So when I get there he tells ne no you should’ve left the milk in it. He was a nice man but he said he himself couldn’t ket me exchange it to cone hack at 1pm. S9 I’ve shopped there all my life and owned Irvans food in Horatio for twenty years. I know the milk company will replace it. I’ve never returned anything back there in 55 years. So why can’t person on duty take care of it? All he had to do is open the lid and obviously smell the odor. Thank you for your time.
