My complaint:
I went inside to buy cigarettes, I am of age and only have a temporary license which was given to me by the DMV in Illinois. The cashier which is an assistant manager, tall white man with beard and pony tail, told me he wont accept it. I proceeded to tell him that my ID is valid and scans. He then argued with me infront of customers, and threw my ID back at me. I left and went to my car and he followed me outside and hit my window for me to roll it down. I roll my window down and he starts screaming at me telling me I broke the door of the EZ Mart. Then told me If you ever try to come back here youre going to have real fucking problems and called me a btch and told me im banned from the store. He left a store full of customers just to come outside and harrass me further.
Suggested solution:
Get a new assistant manager. Ive heard this man is a racist anyways, and its not the first time hes harrassed customers. I really think there should be better employees in this store, they are all rude and the store sucks.
