My complaint:
Dynamo auto sold me a vehicle off of their 50 car lot. They sold it knowing that they hadn’t received a title designating Dynamo as the listed owner prior to my purchase. I paid them 2700 down. I had the Nissan SUV for 6 days. I wake up and go to leave for work and next thing I see out the door is my car is missing. I called the police to report it stolen and they advise me that it’s not stolen Title Max re-poed it due to a passed due title loan previously taken out on the vehicle prior to my purchase.
So this auto dealer made me a ton of empty promises as to make it right scenario’s that never happened. Long story short I missed 5 days of work in total and then when I went in to sign on refinancing a different more expensive vehicle the manager decided to hand me a check that was short 400.00 in addition to all my missed time of of work and wasted money I spent on 30 days of full coverage insurance for a truck I drove 6 days! Then when the check cash place called to verify the check he wrote me that was already missing money he denied the check and cost me 200$ in check cash fees..
Suggested solution:
Reimbursement of my out of pocket expenses and time off work.
