My complaint:

I ordered two wigs from this website and paid for expedited shipping almost a month ago. I still have not received my items. Attempts to email the company has been a failure and they offer no phone number by which to contact them. In each email I have explained my situation to them and asked for either the items or the $49.48 for the cost of the items. They have responded to me three times. Each time stating answers about the quality of their products, not at all addressing my issue.

Suggested solution:

I would like my money refunded at this point.
