My complaint:
I would like to complain about one of security staff in Dunnes Stores in Citywest. Today on my home after work at 7 p.m tried to do shopping in of your shop and unfortunately I have met with poor customer service. I’m working in Pharmacy and I thought I am working as front – line worker I’m prioritised shopping till today when Thomas refused me priority access. I have never met with it with all shops like Dunnes, Tesco lidl or Aldi when was showing letter from my employer with ID. When I try to ask how it works, why some shops accept my papers as front line worker I got answer from Thomas he is front worker as well and I have to go to normal queue. I did not expect that expansion at all and I shows that Thomas’s knowledge is very poor.
