My complaint:
Hi
I came across to a very rude female manager who behaved like a bully towards two young employees in the store on the clothing department. She was calling them names and was telling them that they don’t know what are they doing. She didn’t care that customers heard and witnessed her act and kept doing it. One if the employee got very upset and started to cry.
I don’t think that it’s acceptable or tolerable in any shape of form.
Suggested solution:
Management sometimes think they are untouchable because they are running the store. I am sure the store manager doesn’t know that he/she has a bully on the clothing department as a manager.
