Dunnes Stores complaint: A checkout operator being totally and utterlly rude to me

My complaint:

Hi i was in this store today getting my mothers shopping as i approached the belt i was packing my shopping at checkout number 8 whilst i recieved a phonecall regarding a very sick relative. I noticed the girl on the checkout was throwing her head and eyes up in the air on numerous occasions so after i caught her the third time i approached her. I asked her what her problem was and she got very very aggressive . Throwing her hands in the air etc and telling me i was holding up the que. Which i was not. And if i was i was in shock from the phonecall i had recieved. I shop in this store nearly every day . I am disgusted and was left feeling very embarassed by this staff member. I should not have had to explain myself to her as to what my phonecall was about i was upset as it was. There was no manager about at the grocery end of things at the time so the manager tom from the clothes wear department dealt with it at the time. He rang me later today to say he spoke to the staff member and she completlety denied any of this which was not true .so he said he would he would speak to her again and would ring me back.which he did at that point she told the truth and said she was out of order .. he the manager asked me did i want an apoligy i told him i dont want to see that girl ever again . And i told him i was taking it further.
Then he got cut off i tried ringing him back and i left a voicemail. I recieved no phonecall back . I am disgusted with it all now too be honest.

Suggested solution:

I want compensentation and a written apoligy
