My complaint:
We’ve had no power since Wednesday storm. I have a list of updated text messages stating when power would be reinstated or then they can’t locate our meter. Then customer service stating it was our home and to also turn the power switch off and on again. No DTE trucks on our road, neighbors have power since last night. Supervisor was supposed to call me, no call yet. I’m disabled and a veteran and physically disabled. Now $400 dollars in our gas gen since Wednesday yo keep our food. We won’t get reimbursement and also our home and property had no damage and yet no power
Suggested solution:
DTE stated they will send a tech out when they can and we’ve not seen anyone at all not on our road
