My complaint:
They took us off the opportunity to pay online. They told me it can only be paid on the second of that payment cycle. I told them that I don’t get my check until the 3rd. So they are making us pay at a store 4 miles away. My husband has severe breathing issues and has a very hard time dragging his oxygen. They don’t care about their customers.

Suggested solution:
Put us back on online pay. And give us a particular due date. I want it on the 3rd 4th or 5th. They have their due dates all over the month.
