My complaint:
Working as janitorial cleaner at medical center everyday their were smart remarks dirty looks that made me feel uncomfortable the Director constantly followed me when i was at work and one even told me yes i am following. Me.especially in primary care the employees always looking at me snickering say smart stuff among themselves it stressed me out mentally and physically and i resigned from my position i felt so uncomfortable
Suggested solution:
I had to resign because it was starting mess with me mentally.
