My complaint:

Hi there
Me n my husband went to buy mattress , but the salesman in store mis sold us pillow which he said comfortable but in actual it wasn’t ,and now they are not taking product back ,as it’s not in there policy ,as living in UK we never faced this problem ,such a shame they didn’t mention there return policies but within 10 days we went to return pillow and they are not giving any refunds .
Please do help us to get our money back .Pillow is as it is.
