My complaint:
On August 8, 2023, I signed up with DreamHost to purchase a hosting plan, and that same day, I paid them 38.40 USD with my master card. Unfortunately, after deducting the money from my card, DreamHost disabled my account without providing me with an explanation. They just sent me an email stating that they are unable to offer you a hosting plan and would return my money to my card within 3 working days. however, I have yet to see my money returned to my account and am still waiting. The dream host did not respond when I reminded them more than twice via email.
Suggested solution:
After deducting money, they disable my account without giving me an explanation. I have a right to know why, and I want my money to be put back in my account.
