My complaint:
I bought a box of individual variety bags at my local Costco, but my child kept complaining that they taste funny, I proceeded to open a couple of bags to verify, and to my surprise y child was correct,some of the bags taste normal but a little over 12 of the items I open were stale, so my question is who do I direct my complaint to, or even better how do I get the items I tjough away in the trash replaced,

I have not had a problem before so I don't know what to say, I've been a customer for years and I have come across the problem before but usually I just through it in the trash, but being a little over half of box, I think is only fair to have the items replaced
