My complaint:

I am writing to formally complain about a serious and unacceptable safety issue involving one of your products.
After opening a bag of your chips, I discovered a burnt, unidentifiable foreign object inside the bag, clearly visible and entirely unacceptable. I have attached a photograph as evidence. This discovery was alarming and raises significant concerns about your manufacturing and quality control processes. Had this object not been noticed in time, it could have caused serious injury or illness.
This is not a minor quality issue—it is a consumer safety failure. Food products are expected to meet basic safety standards, and this product clearly did not. As a customer, I find it deeply troubling that something of this nature made it through your production line and into a sealed package.
I expect a explanation, details on how this occurred, and immediate corrective action. I am also requesting appropriate compensation for this incident. Please advise how you intend to resolve this matter without delay.
If necessary, I am prepared to escalate this issue further, as situations involving potential food contamination should be treated with the utmost seriousness.

This complaint will be considered resolved only when Doritos provides a clear explanation of how a hazardous foreign object passed quality control, s corrective action has been taken, and issues appropriate compensation.
