My complaint:

I bought a Doogee s97 on the 23 December 2021. In January it ask to be updated if tried it showed installation error. Cash crusaders said I must send it in because it’s a critical update. I received it on the Friday afternoon upload it Saturday, when I make a call something was wrong with the ear speaker. You could hardly hear anything. I took it back to Middelburg Cash crusaders they send it back. And again the Friday afternoon I received it speak working nicely. I use it in the opencast mine to measure distance etc. It was dirty clean it remember it is ip68 and 69 it means dust and water proof. After hour or so I saw the camera lenses and the Lazer lens was filled with water. I took it back and showed the people at cash crusaders. I contact cash crusaders HQ they (CEO) that if there is water in the phone then I will loose my warranty. My question is did I fix the phone and not sealed it properly now how can they blame.
I’m very disappointed in cash crusaders I’m a Senior Citizen and this my number 6 Doogee I bought never had problems with the phones. But it seems to me the problem is where they supposed to fix it
