My complaint:
My name is Jessica Adams and I’ve been an employee at dollar tree for a little over three year’s now and recently discovered that new hires are making 14.50 an hour and I’m only making 14.00. I brought it up to my manager and almost a month later printed out a pays tub to check if my hourly rate changed and now it says 14.15 and I’m pissed, we should all be paid the same amount and whatever money I’ve lost out on because of this I would like to recieve.
Suggested solution:
help me get what other cashiers are getting 15.50 an hour as well as help getting the money I've lost out on due to this injustice.
