My complaint:
Walked into store, what a mess. Aisles full of merchandise on floor, floors dirty, need to be cleaned, boxes on handcart in aisles waiting to be opened and stocked on shelves. A lot of empty shelves. I think what bothered me the most was the fillthy floors, are they ever cleaned? In 2 of the checkout locations merchandise had been pulled from shelves on the floor, fortunately, they were closed. Line to check out had 10 customers, I was 11. I am always wwilling to wait my turn in the check stand, but I suspect other employees hiding in back or outside smoking? A few days later thought I would check again as I needed a card. Suprise, still a mess. Take note, Family Dollar, which has always been trashy, has turned over a new leaf, clean and organized. A few extra miles for me. Thank you.
Suggested solution:
Clean up and organize your stores. Stock the shelves. Hire some people. I have always been a regular customer, no more.
