My complaint:
Very rude asst. Manager. His title was scribbled on a name tag so it must have been new . He was on a power trip.
I purchased some product which were advertised as $1.00, he charged $1.25. When I questioned this, he said I was wrong and he couldn’t change it. He did go back to the display and look and we verified together the price should be $1.00 It was a new display. I am in the store quite often He refused to change the price and he continued to get more rude, as did I. It is my understand thee is a law which prohibited advertising one price and charging another. NEW, get before it is gone is the jist of the header.
Suggested solution:
I think the employee should apologize to me for his rude behavior. And be instructed on the Law of overcharging. In some place, this would be a chargeable offense and sent to jail.
