My complaint:

To whom it may concern.
The ownercashier of this Dollar Tree told me she wouldn’t ring up my purchase unless I apologized and treated her like a human being So, I left. This happened today 432022) at 2.30 PM. About a month ago, this same cashierowner (Brooklyn lady in her 40’s) shouted at the long line in the checkout counter to socially distance. She was shouting. Now, Dollar Tree stores are somewhat small and there were more than 10 people in the line. So, I walked out. I never said anything to her, I just walked out, never said anything demeaning. However, I purposely avoided shopping there until this woman perhaps calmed down.
I believe this is a Civil Rights violation to refuse service to an individual, and I will take that step to file one.
BTW, I am a 77 year old woman.

Suggested solution:

Well, frankly, I think this person needs psychiatric help.
