Dollar Tree complaint: Poor and Rude Service

My complaint:

My husband went to store 4310 after we received an email stating our three online orders totalling in excess of one hundred dollars was ready for pickup. He is eighty years old and drove about 30 minutes to get there. He also purchased some additional items. When presenting the paperwork he was rudely told the truck was still being unloaded. While asking how long that would be, the truck driver heard and asked what the order was and he would get it. The clerkmanager turned super aggressive and rudely told my husband he was not going to get the order at that time. My husband and I have been a customer of dollar tree and a holder of much dollar tree stock for over 20 years. I spend a lot of money at dollar tree and have always been happy with the products and services. This rude and aggressive behaviour is a stain on dollar tree and hurts the brand. I want to know that this behaviour in this store will be ly corrected. This is very dissappointing.

Suggested solution:

Either remove the employee or provide appropriate training and supervision so that this does not occur in the future. I say this not only as a loyal customer but as a long standing stockholder.
