My complaint:
I am still Employed at Dollar Tree. The manager at this location is down right so unprofessional, makes up her own rules, doesn’t let the assistant managers do their own jobs. She curses all over the store even in front of customers, always has a attitude problem. She calls her cashiers stupid and dumbasses.. The one assistant manager Robert gets into fights in the store with customers but doesn’t get written up or nothing.I have had 2 family emergencies come up . 1st one was my daughter was almost killed and had to go to Louisiana to get her. Her life was in Jeopardy and Angie insisted I be there .The 2nd one my other daughter had to be taken to the hospital, we thought she was having her baby. I gave Angie time in advance and she had 2 assistant managers off that day , that she could have called in. She said I was to be there again That calling in was unacceptable and I would get a unexcused absence. I said ok well then I will be late. Then me being late was unacceptable. When she is late all the time, not just one shift but every shift.so these write ups that I have gotten makes me at my max. She should take in consideration that family things do happen. And I also have my mom down with a broken leg. And when you piss Angie off she makes you suffer . And holds a grudge forever. Then she fires someone while they are on medical leave. She has her favorites up there and they can do whatever. I have called Amanda the district manager on every occasion about the situations and I get no response. So no one wants to deal with the problem professionally they want to play childish games and talk to other employees about the other employees. I have a ton of witnesses and customers, employees, everyone. I have had my feel. She makes employees cry and just treats you like shit.instead of telling us what we did wrong to fix it she gets all pissed off at you and rants and raves. I have myself and others that would like to transfer stores to stay with the company but you have to go through Angie .She is trying to get the ones she’s mad at fired. That’s why the Sherwood store has a big turn over with employees they can’t deal with Angie. Thank you
