My complaint:
We went Ito Dobbies Kings Lynn today, and ordered a sandwich, we always have cheese and ham. First we were told we can’t have ham anymore, so we had plastic cheese, ( change to plastic cheese a year or so ago ) when the sandwich arrived, there was no Branson, as was stated on menu, and we could hardly see the couple of lettuce leaves , when we asked where the bit of tomato, cucumber,and onion was we were told this was all that head office said they could put on . This disgusting, with the prices you charge. Also my husband went to use the men’s toilet and there was poo, up the pan , on the floor and wall in more than one toilet, when my husband told a staff member he was told , they only have a cleaner in the morning , once they go home it stays dirty. On my way out the store l mentioned the dirty toilets to a staff member on the service desk, she said there’s nothing they could you’ll have to put up with it. We’ve been going to Dobbies for years, l don’t know what you are thinking of especially with the virus about, you should be increasing the cleaning not cutting back, l’m sure this is’nt government policy in these trying times.
Suggested solution:
You need to look at your food value, and make sure the toilets are cleaned from opening time until they close.
