Ditech complaint: Mishandling of Mortgage

My complaint:

Due to being effected government shut down, Ditech placed me on a repayment plan ( December 2018 -January 2019). For three months I paid 1,780.00. March 2019 I would resume regular payments of 1481. I called Ditech in January asking for documentation regarding the repayment plan ( never received) I was told at that time my payments would change from 1481-1564 starting March. Of which I paid 1566. I received a call Saturday April 5,19 from Ditech staying I was still in arrears of approximately 2, 467 dollars. I could not understand and as usual the representative was not able to explain. She asked me to send proof of my payments during the trial period. I went to my bank same day and the documentation was faxed to Ditech. Last Tuesday I called Ditech to see if there had been a resolution. The representative Carroll worked diligently in resolving my issues. She was able to determine that the calculations that were provided to me by Ditech were in error. The calculations did not include my recent escrow analysis. Now once again I’m dealing with paying 1,980 for six months!!!! This is my second complaint regarding Ditech. In 2016 I was dealing with mishandling my account by not applying my payments approximately, which led me into a modification program. I sent proof after proof of payments still they sent me a bill of 10,000 I owed??????? Again which led me into repayment plan.

Suggested solution:

A company financial audit should be conducted; the institution should take ownership and accommodate me by paying at least two of the 6 months that I have to pay; I want this situation to be documented in my account as to their error; the person who provide the error should be reprimanded; lastly letter of apology
