My complaint:
My daughter who is 15 was standing near Main Street waiting for me, while I bought something while the electric parade was starting. She was told to move onto bricks but could not hear as she is partially deaf. As I approached I heard a member of team tell her , ‘I know you can hear me!’ I am grateful she couldn’t hear this, but disgusted that someone who works in Disney would say such a thing. This has ruined our whole experience that we have waited for a long time for., and travelled a long distance for.
Suggested solution:
I would like a response to explain your team members behaviour. We understand that areas have to kept free during parade for people to pass, but we were not instructing anybody.
