My complaint:
I purchased an Adidas mickey mouse shoe and the shoe cut into my baby legs both his legs 2 months ago I have sent the shoes back to adidas.com the received back on 10182019 and I still haven’t received any money or credit back from them, I have chatted with several people who promised it to be to me by 11152019 and I still haven’t received not even a call or email back from them as to why the promise that was made to me wasn’t honored. I would like to also reach out to Disney as well as the mickey mouse is the reason for the injury my son’s legs
Suggested solution:
To make sure that these shoes are recalled due to the injuries that can occur to these babies, replacement shoe that won\'t inflict any further injury to my baby. he still has scar marks on him some type of compensation for his injury with these shoes he was in a lot of pain
