My complaint:

I can see the money was deducted from my bank account as it is every month for payment. I went to watch ID on Discovery and it’s showing I’m not signed up and is trying to offer me a 7 day trial. I don’t need a trail, I’m already a paying customer so my service shouldn’t be disrupted.

Suggested solution:

By emailing me and explaining how they are going to fix it today
