My complaint:

Hi, on 3312022 I have an email from Sirius XM radio that I could redeem for a FREE 3-month subscription to Discovery Plus. When I tried to redeem I encountered problem and somehow I got logged into the free 7-day trial. I cancelled the free 7-day trial. But now somehow I am UNABLE to use the code to get the FREE 3-month trial? And Discovery Plus WILL NOT CANCEL the subscriptions; they keep saying it is a Roku issue, when I talked with Roku they show the subscription is cancelled. So NOT ONLY is Discovery charging me for SOMETHING THAT I WANT CANCELLED THEY REFUSE TO CANCEL IT. I HAVE PRINT OUTS OF BOTH the Discovery charges and the cancellation from Roku. I just want to cancel the subscription but DISCOVERY PLUS will NOT ALLOW me and WANTS TO CHARGE ME? FRAUD I THINK?

Suggested solution:

Cancel the subscription and allow me to use the code for 3-months free.
