My complaint:
I purchased a year’s subscription from Discovery plus on 020921 and have spent the last 5 days unable to login . I have repeatedly been in touch with Customer Services telling them I want to cancel my subscription and get a refund . They claim to have no record of my account and because I downloaded the discovery app on a Amazon fire stick that Amazon hold my account , they don’t. The receipt I received is from Discovery. I have even supplied them my transaction ID 2552935 to no avail .
Suggested solution:
Refund my £59.99 .
