Discovery channel complaint: Overpayment for discovery plus

My complaint:

I paid my subscription on 100121, on 1002 21 they stopped my service, and I had to pay an additional monthly fee to get it back..

Suggested solution:

I would like a refund of my money, or a credit for the next month.
