My complaint:
There is no kids mode. I think there are many shows that elementary kids should be able to watch on their own, but am not willing to let them on the app by themselves because I am not able to hide shows or content. There is not even an option to allow shows up to a certain rating. I was hoping this could replace other streaming services, but not until this issue is resolved.
Suggested solution:
Follow Netflix's lead. Allow a kids mode, allow parents to hide content that they wish. At the very least create the option to hide shows above a certain rating.
