My complaint:
Dear Sir ,
I am a regular viewer of Discovery HD ( English ) .
For last three weeks , I am not getting the channel in English.
It changed to Hindi.
I complained the same to local service provider Asianet Cable Vision
The local service provider says that its because Discovery HD ( English ) changed to Dolby sound system so my TV should have Dolby sound format support to get the channel in English
I changed the settings to Dolby , still i dont get Discovery HD in English
Can you please help?

Suggested solution:
I want them to Contact Asianet Cable Vision in Kerala , India.
And ask them to look into my complaint No DB00172094
In addition , i want them to understand we are not fools to believe their frivolous justifications.
