Discovery channel complaint: Double charges

My complaint:

I have been a cable subscriber for many, many years. My monthly costs are through the roof. Then, Discovery shows up and if I want to see the latest new stuff I am required to 1) stream it and 2) pay extra. Why should I be required to do either when I’m all ready paying for most of those services? One assumes that a subscriber is entitled to any new programming on any channel that I am currently paying for.

Suggested solution:

Make all new programming available to existing subscribers an no additional charge, without having to stream.
