My complaint:

I already pay Spectrum over $200month. That may not seem like much to you, but to many of us it is a substantial monthly bill.

We will not pay you again for the same services that Spectrum claims to be exchanging for that $200.

We feel this setup should be illegal.

Suggested solution:

Contact Spectrum to make arrangements to discount Discovery from their packages or stop charging us. We are not ever going to pay both you and Spectrum for the Discovery Channels.
