My complaint:

My complaint is about the programming. For the past month or so, they have been passing the same Ian Russell episode and they repeat it 7 or 8 times a day! I get the channel through Sky T.V and I pay to get it. But it does not make any sense to see the very same episode 80 or 90 times a month. Why is this happening?There are so many episodes of this show to pass and so many other shows…Why do we have to go through something like this if we are paying for the channel? I understand it is being aired in Colombia. But still, there are hundreds of thousands individuals that love the channel and yet, still, the channel runs like if someone is trying to kill it. Like someone is trying to make sure that we stop tuning it once and for all.

Suggested solution:

I feel that someone can make sure that we get different episodes on a regular basis. Perhaps a rotation schedule could be developed so we would get different episodes in a weekly basis or so.
Run a whole season instead of the same episode for months. It is boring like that.
