My complaint:
I am sick and tired of paying for something that never loads. I’m guessing it’s considered peak viewing time between 2pm and 8pm and sometimes later. Netflix and Amazon work but nothing on Discovery gets past the spinning circle. This is every single day.
Suggested solution:
Fix the damn issue. Seems many have the same issue. Did you over sell your service. Seems to me like your server can’t handle the traffic. If I log in very early or very late it plays.
